First of all, let me introduce myself, I am Nicola born in 1994 and I am Calabrian from Morano Calabro, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy located in the heart of the Pollino National Park in the province of Cosenza.

I strongly believe in the potential of our territory, our ancient villages rich in history and culture, uncontaminated landscapes, the two seas, the Ionian and the Tyrrhenian, typical products, craftsmanship and much more.

This is why I returned to Calabria after many years to carry out this project.

I had left my homeland like many other young people at the age of 19, to move first to Bologna to gain work experience, and then I chose to move abroad to the Netherlands, and it is here that I had this idea of making known our Pollino craftsmanship also abroad, as my father has always dedicated himself to creating stone works of valuable value, and I therefore boasted a large network of local artisans, so I started an e-commerce (website with the possibility of purchasing the artisans' products directly) and I started promoting these products online.

I have always been proud of my roots, my dream is to see my village Morano Calabro reborn and redeem itself on a tourist level, it is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and holds the orange Touring Club flag, a true pearl of the Pollino and of Calabria and so during the pandemic I decided to return home and carry out this ambitious project of mine here.

I also opened my shop in the historic center of Morano Calabro and I am continuing to constantly create value thanks to this project.

Today we have great resources such as online, thanks to the website the artisans' products are shipped to all parts of the world, in Canada, the United States, Australia, and throughout Europe, but this is only a starting point and not of arrival, we have so much to offer and I can't wait to enhance our territory more and more

We safeguard the ancient artisan crafts of Calabria, the Pollino workshop is part of the orange flag touring club in Morano Calabro

In our shop you can find many truly handmade items unique and original , these are traditional products made with very fine materials like most famous Italian marbles and stones , precious types of wood, willow wicker and terracotta.

I try to create value for this land, telling the story, the manufacturing techniques, all these ancient crafts handed down from our ancestors to the present day.

The shop is located in the historic center of Morano Calabro in the province of Cosenza on the slopes of Pollino National Park . in Via Ferrante 10, 300 m from Norman Swabian Castle.
