Questa ciotola in ceramica molto particolare viene chiamata "Sponza Fresa o Frisa" e serve per preparare le tipiche pietanze pugliesi. Preparare delle Frese con pomodoro fresco e olio di Olivo, é comodo e semplice con il nostro Sponza Frese ti permette di gustarle al meglio. È composto da una ciotola dal diametro di 23 cm e 8 cm di profondità che puó essere usata anche come un insalatiera o come ciotola grande per servire la pasta, e il piattino con i fori a mezza l'una dove si poggiano le frese una volta bagnate e condite in modo che il condimento goccioli nella ciotola.
